Operates one or more machines that cut wood flakes of
specified size from slabs, edgings, and core logs: Installs
cutting knives, using handtools.
Starts machines and discharge
conevyors and feeds material into cutters. Observes cutting of
flakes and turns dial to regulate speed of cutetrs and to
control thickness of flakes.
May operate lift truck to transport
slabs, edging, and logs from supply area to machine.
